Melissa and Taghreed met in 2016 whilst working together on a complex project. There's nothing like the pressure of a tier 1 project to bring people together, so we worked closely as Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert to ensure success. Not only did the project manage to deliver on time, but a friendship was formed between us. Pretty successful, in more than one regard! Melissa has had years of experience in management within real estate, recruitment, private sector, and most recently working large modernisation projects both as a project manager and business analyst. Taghreed has more than a decades' experience in Australian Government, working as a project manager in the systems development and business continuity space. 

Melissa and Taghreed started Jada Business Solutions, because we realised that we had been doing this all along - helping colleagues, friends and business owners who approached us to help solve a problem. We did it so often and for so many people that it just made sense to make it our business. A no BS approach to finding a solution to problems.
